Todd Ladish, Managing Partner
Todd brings decades of hands‑on experience in real estate, property management, and business leadership to Celtic Property Management. He attended Johnson County Community College and the University of Kansas before beginning his career in the real estate industry.
In 1995, Todd founded Celtic Holdings, LLC, where he owned and managed single‑family homes and duplexes while also building a strong background in sales and management within the remodeling and concrete industries. His entrepreneurial drive continued in 2003 when he became the regional manager for a start‑up commercial cleaning and maintenance company, helping grow the business to more than $2 million in annual gross sales in just three years.
Todd later spent over two years in the banking industry, gaining valuable insight into multi‑family lending practices — knowledge that would become foundational in his next venture. In 2006, he established Celtic Property Management, bringing together his expertise in real estate, operations, finance, and customer service to create a company focused on quality, accountability, and long‑term value.
Outside of work, Todd is an avid basketball and sports fan. He resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Jennifer, and their three daughters.
