Todd
attended Johnson County Community College and the University of Kansas before starting
his career in real estate. In 1995, he founded Celtic Holdings, LLC, to own and
manage single-family homes and duplexes, while continuing to work for more than
eight years in sales and management in the remodeling and concrete industries. In
2003, he became the regional manager for a start-up commercial cleaning and maintenance
firm, building the business to over $2 million in annual gross sales in three years.
Todd also worked in the banking industry for over two years, learning the specifics
of the multi-family lending practices. He left the bank in 2006 and founded Celtic
Property Management. Todd is an avid basketball and sports fan. He resides in Overland
Park, Kansas, with his wife, Jennifer, and three daughters.
Hunter Richardson, Managing Partner
Hunter
obtained a B.A. in Communications from the University of Kansas before moving to
New York to begin a career in banking on Wall Street. He returned to Kansas City
to work in sales for 10+ years, selling for companies such as a Fortune 500 international
HVAC company and privately held trucking company to an international freight business
and a privately held bank. He has managed territories and accounts consisting of
over $10 million in annual sales up to over $120 million in sales revenue, often
leading the companies in sales volume. Hunter has received numerous awards in his
sales career, including salesperson of the year twice and salesperson of the month
or quarter multiple times. He joined Celtic Property Management in January 2008.
Hunter is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys most every sport. He resides in Leawood,
Kansas, with his wife, Stephanie, and two kids.
